The Sunset Room

This private bedroom, in a large gorgeous home in the hills, is a traveling professional’s dream.

A family of deer graze outside the window of the large gourmet kitchen, which you have full access to.

The two living rooms, indoor fireplace, free laundry, and an outdoor deck with Traeger grill & fire pit, are a perfect unwind after a long workday.

There is an office, should you work from home, and other traveling professionals may be inhabiting the other bedrooms too.

The private bedroom has a queen sized memory foam bed, a dresser, and a closet.

It shares a full bathroom in the same hallway as the room, with other guests of the home. There is an additional half bathroom downstairs.

The remainder of the house, which is shared, has a gourmet kitchen, two living rooms, free laundry, and an outdoor deck with a Traeger grill, fire pit, and lounge seating.

The front yard is expertly manicured, and a landscaping crew comes on Wednesday mornings.
A cleaning crew additionally comes weekly, to take care of all common areas.

This home is in the desirable Northwest section of town, where upper middle-class families have homeschooled children playing in the streets, and retired neighbors garden outside during the the daytime. You can expect to see a flock of turkeys walking down the street, and maybe a mother deer and her fawn, in the front yard.

You will have a unique front door code to allow access.
As a renter of this private bedroom, you have access to everywhere in the home, with the exception of the other bedrooms, which may be rented by other traveling professionals. There is an additional basement apartment that is also rented out. (They have their own private entrance down below.)

It is unlikely that you will see us, your hosts, Tori and Ellen during your stay. But we respond to messages quickly, and have on-call cleaning and maintenance staff. Our cleaners will come in weekly during your stay, to take care of the shared common areas.

This is a shared home for traveling professionals or mature graduate students. It is not a space for parties, loud music, or additional guests. If you need a space that meets those requirements, please inquire- we have other units. It’s just not this one. Upon booking you will be asked to sign a renter’s agreement and submit ID.
