Queen Suite-Private Bathroom

This is a single private bedroom and private bathroom, in a shared home for traveling professionals.
Your bedroom and bathroom are at the top of a set of stairs.
Your bedroom has recently been repainted and recarpeted.
Across the hall are two other bedrooms, which may have guests in them, as well as their own bathroom.

The bottom floor has a large shared kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, backyard with outdoor grill, and free laundry, as well as an additional bedroom.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, three blocks from grocery, sushi, fine dining, shopping, banking, a gas station, and a beer garden/food truck pod.

Less than two miles from the Samaritan hospital.

Each guest will have their own code to the front door.

The room has a lock on the inside of the door, for peace of mind while sleeping. There is not a lock on the outside of the door, but every guest who stays here is a traveling professional who has passed a cursory background check. In doing this for four years, there has never been an issue.

There is parking space for two cars in the driveway (first-come, first served with other residents of the house,) and there is free additional (unreserved) on-street parking as well.

You likely won’t see me during your stay, as we have an electronic lock that you’ll get a code for. (No keys to lose!!)

A cleaning company will be coming in weekly, to do a common areas (kitchen, shared bathrooms, floors) cleaning.
If you would also like your bedroom done, including it’s linens, that can be added on for an additional $25/week.

But myself and my partner, as well as our cleaning and maintenance crew are only a phone call or message away!

The city bus stops at the end of the block.

8 miles to Corvallis.
34 miles to Salem.

There are train tracks to the rear of the home, and you will likely hear train noises during your stay.

Checkin is anytime after 4pm.
This room is intended for traveling professionals, who need a quiet space after a day of working.

This is not intended for people who party, play loud music, or stay up late. (Though we do have other homes that can accommodate that. Just ask!)

Upon booking, you will be asked for your email, your ID, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement, which includes vehicle information.

There is a Ring doorbell, which records activity on the exterior of the house, facing the front porch, driveway, and street. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property.
