This is a single bedroom, in a shared home for traveling professionals. You have your own private bedroom, on the second story. In the same hallway, are two other bedrooms which may also have guests in them. You share a bathroom.
The home has a large shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, free laundry, and outdoor space with grill.
Brand new paint and carpeting.

Walking distance to a plaza with grocery, banking, sushi, a beer garden/food truck pod, post office, shopping, and coffee.

This North Albany home is located in a quiet neighborhood, near a shopping center with grocery, sushi, beer garden/food truck pod, and more.
1 mi from downtown Albany, and 10 mi to downtown Corvallis, you’re in a residential suburb, while you want for nothing. Let us know if you need recommendations on restaurants!
This home has bidets in each bathroom, a large kitchen and dining room, and an outdoor space.
There is space for two cars in the driveway (unreserved) and on-street parking as well.

Each guest will have their own code to the front door.

The room has a lock on the inside of the door, for peace of mind while sleeping. There is not a lock on the outside of the door, but every guest who stays here is a traveling professional who has passed a cursory background check. In doing this for four years, there has never been an issue.

There is parking space for two cars in the driveway (first come, first served with other residents of the house,) and there is free additional (unreserved) on-street parking as well.

You likely won’t see us during your stay, as we have an electronic lock that you’ll get a code for. (No keys to lose!!)

A cleaning company will be coming in weekly, to do a common areas (kitchen, shared bathrooms, floors) cleaning.
If you would also like your bedroom done, including it’s linens, that can be added on for an additional $25/week.
There is also weekly landscaping service.

But myself and my partner, as well as our cleaning and maintenance crew are only a phone call or message away!

Noise notice: Train tracks to the rear of the home.

Checkin is anytime after 4pm.

This room is intended for traveling professionals, who need a quiet space after a day of working. This is not intended for people who party, play loud music, or stay up late. (Though we do have other homes that can accommodate that. Just ask!)

No smoking. No animals.

There is a Ring doorbell facing the front yard, driveway, and street, which records comings and goings. There are no other cameras on the property.

Upon booking, you will be asked for your email, your ID, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement.
