This is a single private bedroom, in a shared home for traveling professionals.

Your bedroom is on the second floor, and has a 32” Roku TV in it.
There are two other bedrooms on that floor that may also have guests in them.
You have a shared bathroom with shower and tub, on that second floor.

There is a large shared kitchen, living room with large TV, free laundry, a backyard with charcoal bbq, and a hammock.

There is new flooring and paint throughout.

This North Albany home is located in a quiet neighborhood, near a shopping center with grocery, sushi, beer garden/food truck pod, and more.
1 mi from downtown Albany, and 10 mi to downtown Corvallis, you’re in a residential suburb, while you want for nothing.
This home has bidets in each bathroom, a large kitchen and dining room, and a outdoor space. The front yard recently went through a landscaping transformation, and the landscaping team comes on Wednesdays.

You likely won’t see me during your stay, as we have an electronic lock that you’ll get a code for. (No keys to lose!!)
But myself and my partner, as well as our cleaning and maintenance crew are only a phone call or message away!

Each guest will have their own code to the front door.

The room has a lock on the inside of the door, for peace of mind while sleeping. There is not a lock on the outside of the door, but every guest who stays here is a traveling professional who has passed a cursory background check. In doing this for four years, there has never been an issue.

There is parking space for two cars in the driveway (first-come, first-served wit other residents of the house,) and there is free additional (unreserved) on-street parking as well.

Walking distance to shopping, a bus stop, grocery, coffee, banking, and restaurants.

Noise notice: Train tracks to the rear of the home.

A cleaning company will be coming in weekly, to do a common areas (kitchen, shared bathrooms, floors) cleaning.
If you would also like your bedroom done, including it’s linens, that can be added on for an additional $25/week.

There is also a lawn service that comes weekly.

Checkin is at 4pm.
This room is intended for traveling professionals, who need a quiet space after a day of working. This is not intended for people who party, play loud music, or stay up late. (Though we do have other homes that can accommodate that. Just ask!)

Upon booking, you will be asked for your email, your ID, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement.

There is a Ring doorbell, which records the exterior of the house, facing the front porch, driveway, and street. There are no other cameras anywhere on the premises.
